In the buildings where the company implements the investment program, our clients achieve profitability of approximately 80 % or become the owners of real estate at an extremely attractive price, close to the cost price of approximately €700/m2 - €800/m2.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT PARTICIPATION
The investment program is attractive to clients who have free capital and want to invest their funds in a product that will bring them additional income, as well as protect their savings from inflation. The minimum participation amount is €10,000. For clients who want to acquire their own real estate for personal use, the amount is calculated based on the approximate area of the desired property and the specific project.
INVESTMENT PROGRAM STRUCTURE
After signing the package of contracts for the investment program, each client becomes an owner of an ideal part of the plot on which the building will be built and as such receives compensation from it in the form of built-up area. The amount for participation in the investment program is distributed proportionally for the purchase of the ideal part of the plot and the purchase of construction rights for an additional area of the building. The financing of each construction site is carried out with the funds from the investment program and the company's own capital.
PARTICIPATION WITH THE PURPOSE OF PROFIT
During construction, all real estate that is acquired by our clients under the investment program and intended for sale, as well as the company's real estate, is announced through a general marketing strategy. Upon the sale of the respective real estate, its owners receive their investments and profits.
PARTICIPATION WITH PURPOSE OF ACQUISITION OF REAL ESTATE
For clients who participate in the investment program in order to acquire their own real estate (apartment, shop, office, etc.), the said real estate shall remain for their own use and shall not be advertised for sale. Even during the design process, our clients can express individual requirements to be included in the project.
Each new project starts from our real estate department - "Plots", where our clients can get additional information about the current projects. After the transaction for the purchase of the plot is completed, the relevant investment project is implemented by the design department. During the design process, the marketing department begins the preparation of the advertising and marketing campaigns to target the real estate market. When a building permit is issued, sales begin.
